Description

The High Performance 12dBi Omni Directional Antenna is constructed of UV-stable fiberglass with all stainless steel brackets standard. They come standard with type N female bulkhead connectors with extra heavy duty nuts for optional standoff type mounting.

The stronger the transmit power of the access point, the better your wireless signal will carry, and provide a more enjoyable Internet surfing experience for your customers. The Transmit Power on typical Linksys, Dlink and Belkin Wireless Access Points/Routers, is usually in the 15dbm range, or 32mW Transmit Power. This means that connecting a high gain antenna will help your range, but will not provide the increased distance and signal strength that say a 200mW, or even 500mW Access Point will provide. To get the best range from your outdoor antenna, please ask us about upgrading your Linksys or D-Link Access point.
