This is the nanoBridge NBM3-Kit from Ubiquiti Networks.  Create a wireless bridge in the 3.3 GHz frequency range to avoid all other frequencies.  The reflector dish will help narrow the signal, and create a more robost point to point wireless link.  For plug-n-play installation, contact GNS Wireless today for free pre-configuration.  (Please note these are sold individually, 2 required to form a complete link)

The Ubiquiti NBM3-Kit Outdoor Wireless Bridge is a 150Mbps radio, with real time throughput of around 50-75Mbps.  Line of sight is recommended for PTP applications.
